Wake Up on the Right Side of the Bed

Start your day off right by waking up on the right side of the bed! This may seem like a silly tip, but it can really make a difference in your mood and how you approach your day. If you have trouble sleeping, try winding down for 30 minutes before bed with some calming activities like reading or taking a bath. This will help you feel more rested when you wake up so you can start your day with a smile.

Make Your Bed

This is another small tip that can make a big impact. Taking a few minutes to make your bed as soon as you get up sets the tone for the rest of your day. It shows that you’re willing to put in some effort and start the day off on a positive note. Plus, it’s just nice to come home to a made bed at the end of the day!
