What we really need in life.


We all have different opinions about what we need in life, but there are some commonalities. Here are a few things that most of us can agree on.


One thing we all need is love. Whether it’s the love of a partner, family, friends, or even our pets, love is essential for a happy life. Love makes us feel wanted and needed, and gives us a sense of belonging. It’s also one of the most powerful motivators – when we’re in love, we can do anything!


Another important need is companionship. We’re social creatures, and we thrive when we have close relationships with others. Companionship gives us someone to talk to, confide in, and share our lives with. It helps us stave off loneliness and depression, and can even improve our physical health.





We also need purpose in our lives. A sense of meaning and direction helps us wake up each day with a smile on our face (or at least not wanting to hit the snooze button five times). Purpose gives our lives structure and keeps us focused on what’s important to us. It doesn’t matter what your purpose is – as long as you have one!


Finally, we need challenge in our lives. We get bored when things are too easy or predictable, so we need some excitement to keep us engaged with life. Challenge keeps us learning and growing, pushing ourselves to new limits both mentally and physically. It also provides opportunities for fun and adventure!
